What is the Tridan AI managed cloud?
The managed cloud is the SaaS edition of Tridan AI, hosted and operated by our team. You sign up, get approved, and work in a private tenant where you build agents on your own documents and connected tools. Updates ship continuously, and if you later need the platform inside your own network, the self-hosted edition offers the same features.

Common questions about the managed cloud
What is the difference between the managed cloud and self-hosting?
In the managed cloud, Tridan AI hosts and operates the platform for you, so there is nothing to install, and you start on a plan from the pricing page. In the self-hosted edition, the same platform runs inside your VPC or on-premises with local models through Ollama and your own database. The features are the same; the difference is where data and operations live.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can create an account on the free plan without a credit card and build your first agent on your own documents. The plans differ in included usage, number of agents, and support, and all of them are listed with their limits on the pricing page. Upgrading later keeps your agents, documents, and conversation history in place.
Which AI models can we use?
The managed cloud gives you a choice of four leading model families: OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and DeepSeek. You can pick a different model per agent, for example a faster model for routing and a stronger one for complex answers, and switch at any time without rebuilding the agent. Your data is never used to train any of these models.
How is our data isolated from other customers?
Every customer operates as an independent tenant with its own documents, agents, conversations, and users. Access is approval-based, so an administrator confirms every user before they can log in, and roles and permissions are managed inside the tenant. The platform is operated under GDPR requirements, and the data processing terms are published in the legal section of this site.
Which tools can we connect in the managed cloud?
You can upload documents directly or connect Confluence, Jira, and Notion so agents work with live knowledge. Agents can also use the other ready-made integrations, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMTP, and LinkedIn, and custom API tools for your own systems. The integrations page lists what each connector lets an agent do.
How quickly can we start?
Sign up, get approved, and you can build your first agent the same day by uploading documents and writing instructions. Guided onboarding helps you connect your tools and tailor agents to your workflows, and the free plan is enough to validate the setup. Voice agents and telephony need a short configuration call, because they depend on your phone system.
