Spot suspicious transactions while they can still be stopped

Tridan AI does not sell a ready-made fraud module. Our engineers build fraud flagging on your own transaction data and infrastructure, in a 4 to 8 week pilot: rules and patterns you define with us, a review queue for your analysts, and an AI analyst that explains each flag in plain language. AI flags, your people decide.

The Problem

Fraud moves in minutes. Reviews often happen days later.

Today

Analysts piece the story together after the money has moved.

  • Transactions, account history and customer data sit in separate systems, so analysts piece the story together by hand.
  • Suspicious patterns surface in a periodic report, after the money has moved.
  • Rules live in spreadsheets or in one person's head, and nobody can say why a case was flagged.
  • Analysts spend their time searching instead of deciding.

With Tridan AI

Each transaction checked against your rules, with a reason for every flag.

  • Our engineers connect your sources into one pipeline, so each flag arrives with the context your analysts need.
  • Transactions are checked against your rules as they arrive, in the pipeline we build for your volumes.
  • Every flag shows which rule or pattern triggered it, in plain language your team can audit.
  • A single review queue, and an AI analyst that answers follow-up questions over a read-only copy of your data.
Example scenario

One transaction, from arrival to decision

  1. 1

    A transaction arrives.

A card payment or transfer enters your core system and lands in the pipeline our engineers built, through a read-only feed you control.

  2. 2

    Context is added.

The pipeline joins it with the account history and customer profile your team chose to include in the pilot.

  3. 3

    Rules and patterns check it.

An unusual amount for this account, a new location, or a fast sequence of small payments matches a rule you defined with us. The transaction is flagged.

  4. 4

    The flag explains itself.

In the review queue, the analyst sees the transaction, the matching rule and a plain-language summary of why it looks unusual compared to this customer's normal behaviour.

  5. 5

    The analyst asks a follow-up.

"Has this account paid this merchant before?" The AI analyst answers from the read-only copy of your data.

  6. 6

    A person decides.

The analyst confirms or dismisses the flag. Only after that approval does a webhook update your case management system or CRM, and the decision is logged so we can tune the rules together.

Your Pilot

What you get in 4 to 8 weeks

Deliverables

  • A read-only connection to one transaction source and the account context you choose
  • A pipeline that checks incoming transactions against the first set of rules and patterns, defined with your fraud team
  • A review queue where each flag shows its reason and waits for an analyst decision
  • The AI analyst connected to a read-only copy of the pilot data, for follow-up questions
  • One live dashboard for flags, decisions and trends
  • A results review with your team, and a written recommendation on whether and how to go to production

Success criteria, defined with you before we start (no numbers promised up front, we agree the targets together)

Detection on historical cases
how many of your known, already confirmed cases the rules would have flagged
Precision of flags
how many flags your analysts confirm as worth a look, compared to the noise they dismiss
Review time per flag
how long an analyst needs from opening a flag to a decision, compared to today
Time from transaction to flag
whether flags arrive fast enough for the action your process allows
Analyst feedback
whether the explanations are clear enough to act on without opening other systems
Security

Transaction data stays with you

On-prem

We install the pipeline, review queue and AI analyst on your own servers, so transaction data does not leave your infrastructure. This supports GDPR and ZZPL aligned processing on your side.

Read-only access

We read from a replica or export you control. Nothing in your core system is changed by Tridan AI.

People decide

AI flags and explains. Only an analyst confirms or dismisses, and nothing is sent to another system without that approval.

Controlled AI processing

Enterprise AI APIs that do not train on your data, or a local model option.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you have a ready-made fraud module?

No. Tridan AI does not sell a fraud product today. Our engineers build fraud flagging for you in a 4 to 8 week pilot, on top of parts that already work: webhooks into your systems, dashboards and on-prem deployment, plus the AI analyst you can try in our demo, connected to a read-only copy of your data.

Does the AI block transactions on its own?

No. The AI flags transactions and explains why. A person on your team decides what happens next, and nothing is sent or changed without that approval.

Who defines the rules?

You do, together with our engineers. We start from the patterns your fraud team already knows, test them on your historical cases, and tune them based on your analysts' decisions.

Does our transaction data leave our servers?

Not with on-prem. We install everything on your infrastructure and read from a replica or export you control. If you choose AI processing through enterprise APIs, those APIs do not train on your data, and a local model is also an option.

How fast are transactions checked?

That depends on your systems and the action you need to take. We agree the target speed with you during scoping and build the pipeline to meet it, then measure it as one of the pilot success criteria.
