Reminders, confirmations and follow-ups, called for you
Import a contact list, choose your call hours and let the Tridan AI voice agent make the calls: appointment reminders, order or booking confirmations, follow-ups, short surveys and reactivation calls. Each call is a real conversation, not a recording. Every call is logged with a recording, transcript, summary and outcome, and the result is sent to your CRM or system by webhook.

The Problem
Calling lists by hand eats the day. Results end up in a spreadsheet.
Today
Your team dials one number at a time and types notes afterwards.
- Someone on the team spends hours calling reminder and confirmation lists, one number at a time.
- Unanswered calls are forgotten, or retried whenever someone remembers.
- What the customer said lives in a notebook or in one person's memory.
- Results are typed into the CRM later, or never.
- Nobody can say how many people were reached this week.
With Tridan AI
The voice agent works the list, and every result lands where your team works.
- The voice agent calls the list for you, with up to 10 calls in parallel per campaign, inside the call hours you set.
- Busy, unanswered and failed calls are retried automatically, with the number of attempts and the delay you choose.
- Every call has a recording, a transcript, a short summary and an outcome, visible in the app.
- After each call a webhook sends the status, outcome, summary, transcript and contact details to your CRM or system.
- A statistics view shows call volume, status and outcome breakdowns, success rate and average duration by date range.
One reminder campaign, from list to CRM
An illustrative example of a clinic or service business reminding customers about tomorrow's appointments. No customer, no numbers.
Example scenario
- 1
You import the list.
Your team exports tomorrow's appointments as an Excel or CSV file with names and phone numbers, checks the preview in the app and imports it as a contact group. The list contains only people who agreed to be contacted.
- 2
You set up the campaign.
You pick the voice agent, the phone number, the call hours and timezone, how many times to retry an unanswered call and how long to wait between attempts. The instructions tell the agent what to confirm and how to open the call.
- 3
The agent calls.
When you start the campaign, the agent calls each contact inside your call hours, says who is calling and why, and confirms the appointment in a natural conversation.
- 4
Unanswered calls are retried.
If a line is busy or nobody answers, the call is scheduled again after the delay you set, up to the number of attempts you chose.
- 5
Each call is logged.
After the call the app stores the recording and transcript, writes a short summary, and records the outcome and the customer's sentiment. A request to move the appointment is noted in the summary for your team.
- 6
Results reach your CRM.
A webhook sends each result to your CRM or booking system, and an email summary can go to your team. You follow progress in the campaign view and the statistics page.

From your first list to a live campaign
We start with one campaign type, such as appointment reminders, and one list your team already calls. Our engineers set it up with you, run test calls with your team, and only then start calling customers.
What we set up with you
- A voice agent with your script, instructions, opening line and the knowledge it needs
- A phone number connected: your Twilio number, a number we provide, or your PBX
- Your first contact list imported and checked, limited to contacts you have consent to call
- A campaign with call hours, timezone, retries and parallel calls matched to your process
- Test calls with your team before any customer is called
- The post-call webhook pointed at your CRM or system, and email summaries for your team
- A review of the first campaign results with your team
What we review together after the first campaign (targets agreed with you, no numbers promised up front)
- Reach
- how many contacts on the list were reached, after the retries you configured
- Outcomes
- how many calls ended with the result you wanted, such as a confirmed appointment
- Data in your CRM
- whether every result arrived in your CRM or system with the details your team needs
- Conversation quality
- what your team hears in the recordings and reads in the transcripts, and what to change in the instructions
- Team time
- how much calling your team no longer does by hand, compared to today
You decide who is called, when and how
Lists you have consent for
Campaigns call only the contacts you import. Use lists of people who agreed to be contacted, and follow the rules for calls that apply in your country. Tridan AI does not give legal advice, so check your obligations with your own advisor.
Call hours you control
Every campaign has a call window and a timezone. Calls outside that window are not placed and wait for the next allowed time.
A clear opening
You write the opening line and instructions, so the agent can say who is calling and why at the start of every call.
Every call on record
Recordings, transcripts and summaries stay in your account for review. Webhooks are sent only to HTTPS addresses you set, and self-hosted options are available.
Common questions about outbound campaigns
Is this a robocall?
No. The voice agent holds a real conversation: it listens, answers questions from the instructions and knowledge you give it, and confirms details with the person on the line.
Can we call any list we have?
Only call people who agreed to be contacted, and follow the rules for calls in your country. Campaigns run on the lists you import, and you stay responsible for consent. We do not give legal advice.
What happens when nobody answers?
Busy, unanswered and failed calls are retried automatically. You choose up to 10 attempts and the delay between them, and retries also respect your call hours.
How do results get into our CRM?
After each call a webhook sends the status, outcome, summary, transcript and contact details to an HTTPS address you set. Mapping those results into the fields of your CRM is part of our setup work with you.
Can the agent hand a call to a person?
Live transfer to an operator works on inbound calls today. For outbound campaigns we set it up with you during onboarding. Every outbound call is recorded and summarised, so your team can follow up.
Do you send SMS reminders?
No. Outbound campaigns are voice calls. Each call result can be sent to your systems by webhook and an email summary can go to your team.
How does this relate to lead generation?
Lead generation captures and qualifies new leads on your website and can trigger a callback. Outbound campaigns call lists you already have, such as customers with an upcoming appointment or an open order.
