Tridan AI was founded by Nemanja Milivojevic to close the gap between capable AI models and the secure, private infrastructure that companies actually run. The platform is built and operated by TRIDAN DOO in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our focus is practical: Chat AI Agents for websites, Call Center Voice Agents for phone lines, integrations with the tools teams already use, and automation around every conversation. Each agent is trained on the customer's knowledge and tested on real questions before it goes live.

Privacy is a design constraint, not a feature. PII detection and anonymization, multi-tenant organizations, and a self-hosted option with local models through Ollama let regulated companies adopt AI without moving their data outside their own network.

Tridan AI is built by a team of product managers, solutions architects, backend and frontend engineers, and DevOps engineers. The people below design, ship, and operate the platform that customers run in the managed cloud or on their own infrastructure, and they are the same people who answer support requests.

Nemanja Milivojevic is the founder of Tridan AI and leads the company from Belgrade, Serbia. With more than two decades in software development and ten years leading projects, he has focused on turning AI models into agents that do real work for businesses while keeping their data under their own control.

He also founded Tridan Academy, a separate training organisation. Every page on this site is reviewed by him before publication.

For small businesses in Serbia he also runs imakohoce, an AI assistant built on Tridan AI.

Which AI models does the platform use?

The platform works with four leading model families: OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and DeepSeek. Each agent can be assigned the model that fits its task. For self-hosted deployments, open models can also run locally through Ollama, so a company can keep every prompt and document inside its own network. Customer data is never used to train any model.

Can Tridan AI run on our own infrastructure?

Yes. The full platform can be deployed inside your VPC on a public cloud or on-premises on your own servers. The deployment includes the Qdrant vector database, self-hosted Supabase, local models through Ollama, and PII detection middleware for requests that go to external model providers. Our team installs, configures, and tests the stack before go-live.

Is Tridan Academy part of Tridan AI?

No. Tridan Academy is a separate training organisation that was also founded by Nemanja Milivojevic. The two share a founder but are independent legal entities with their own teams and services. On this site, Tridan Academy appears only as the founder's affiliation; everything about the AI platform, its pricing, and its support is handled by Tridan AI.
