Turn log noise into a short list of what to look at

Your applications, network and access systems write more logs than any team can read. In a 4 to 8 week pilot, Tridan AI engineers build log collection, parsing, correlation rules and a live view of events worth a human look, on your infrastructure. AI summarizes and flags. Your team investigates and decides.

The Problem

The signal is in your logs. Finding it takes too long.

Today

The pieces are scattered across logs nobody reads together.

  • Application, network and access logs live in different places and formats.
  • A login from an unusual place looks harmless in one log and suspicious only next to another.
  • Analysts scroll raw lines to understand what happened.
  • Your SIEM, if you have one, covers what it was set up for, and gaps stay quiet.

With Tridan AI

Events connected across sources, flagged and explained.

  • Our engineers collect and parse the sources you pick into one consistent view.
  • Correlation rules you define with us connect events across sources and flag the combination.
  • Each flagged event comes with a plain-language summary, and the AI analyst answers follow-up questions.
  • The pilot works next to your SIEM on the sources and questions it does not cover yet.
Example scenario

From scattered logs to one list your team can work through

  1. 1

Pick the sources and the question.

In the scoping call, your IT or security lead chooses the logs that matter first, for example VPN access, the identity provider and one business application, and the question: "Which access looks wrong and deserves a human look?"

  2. 2

    Collect and parse.

Our engineers set up read-only collection from those sources on your servers and parse each format into common fields: who, from where, what, when, result.

  3. 3

    Write the rules together.

Your team describes what worries them, such as repeated failed logins followed by a success, access outside usual hours, or a sudden spike of errors in one service. We turn that into correlation rules and tune them with you.

  4. 4

    Review the live view.

Flagged events appear in one list with the reason they were flagged and a short AI summary of the related log lines. A daily overview shows what changed since yesterday.

  5. 5

    Investigate with follow-up questions.

An analyst opens a flagged event and asks in plain language, for example "What else did this account do since yesterday?", and gets an answer from the read-only copy of the logs.

  6. 6

    Decide and hand off.

Your team confirms or dismisses each flag. Confirmed events can be pushed by webhook to your ticketing system or SIEM, only after a person approves. Every dismissal helps us tune the rules.

Your Pilot

What you have at the end of 4 to 8 weeks

Deliverables

  • Read-only collection and parsing for the log sources agreed in scoping, running on your infrastructure.
  • A first set of correlation rules, written and tuned with your team.
  • A live view and a daily overview of flagged events, each with the reason and a plain-language summary.
  • The AI analyst connected to a read-only copy of the parsed logs, for follow-up questions.
  • Optional webhook hand-off of approved events to your ticketing system or SIEM.
  • A results review with your team and a written recommendation for next steps.

Success criteria, defined with you before we start (types, not promises)

Coverage
which sources and event types are collected and parsed correctly.
Relevance
how many flagged events your analysts judge worth a look, reviewed together.
Time to understand
how long it takes an analyst to grasp a flagged event, compared with your current way of working.
Fit with your tools
whether hand-off to your SIEM or ticketing system works for your process.
Team adoption
whether your analysts use the list and the follow-up questions in daily work.
Security

Your logs never leave your control

On-prem.

We install everything on your servers. Logs, parsed data and results stay there.

Read-only access.

Collection and the AI analyst only read. Nothing in your systems is changed.

You approve every action.

No event is sent onward and nothing is changed without a person saying yes.

Controlled AI processing.

Enterprise AI APIs that do not train on your data, or a local model running on your own servers.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this a SIEM replacement?

No. Tridan AI does not offer a SIEM product. In a pilot, our engineers build log collection, correlation rules and a live view of flagged events for your team. If you already run a SIEM, the pilot works next to it, on sources or questions it does not cover yet, and can hand approved events to it by webhook.

Does the AI block attacks or respond on its own?

No. AI summarizes and flags events. Your people investigate and decide. Any action the AI proposes waits for a person to approve it.

Which logs can you work with?

Application, network and access logs are the usual starting point. In scoping we pick the sources that matter first and check their formats. Our engineers then build collection and parsing for exactly those sources.

Do our logs leave our servers?

Not with on-prem. Everything runs on your infrastructure, with read-only access. For AI processing you choose enterprise AI APIs that do not train on your data, or a local model on your own servers.

How long does it take and what do we need to provide?

A pilot takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the sources and the rules. You provide read-only access to the chosen logs and a few hours of your analysts' time to define and tune the rules. Our engineers do the building.
