Know which machine, vehicle or site needs attention while the shift is still running
Your sensors, fleet and production systems already produce the data. Tridan AI engineers connect them, build a live operational dashboard and set alerts on thresholds and drifts, on your infrastructure, in a 4 to 8 week pilot. Then you ask the AI analyst in plain language what changed and why.

The Problem
Your machines report every second. Your team finds out tomorrow.
Today
Problems on the floor show up in tomorrow's report.
- Sensor readings, GPS positions and production events live in separate platforms, each with its own screen.
- A stopped line, an idle vehicle or a late delivery shows up in the next day's report.
- Someone exports data to a spreadsheet to explain what went wrong.
- Every new question needs a developer or a new report.
With Tridan AI
One live operational view, with alerts during the shift.
- Our engineers bring the sources you choose into one live operational view.
- The dashboard refreshes on its own during the shift, and alerts flag readings that cross a threshold or drift from normal.
- You ask the AI analyst "What changed on line two compared to last week?" and get an answer from your own data.
- The AI analyst answers follow-up questions without SQL, and any action it proposes waits for a person to approve it.
A production line, from sensor to decision
Example scenario
- 1
The data already exists.
Machines on the line send temperature, vibration and cycle readings to a platform or database the plant already uses. Stoppages are logged in the production system.
- 2
We connect it in the pilot.
Our engineers read the data from where it already lands, through an API, an export, an MQTT broker or a read-only database replica, and run the ingest on a server at the plant or in your data center.
- 3
One live view per shift.
The shift lead opens one dashboard that shows each machine's state, recent stoppages and readings over time. It refreshes on its own.
- 4
An alert when something drifts.
A bearing's vibration slowly climbs above its usual range. The alert rule we set up with your maintenance team flags it and notifies the right person by email or into the system they already use, through a webhook.
- 5
Ask why.
The maintenance lead asks the AI analyst "When did this start, and did anything else change on the line at the same time?" and gets an answer drawn from the read-only copy of the line's data.
- 6
A person decides.
If the AI analyst proposes an action, such as drafting a maintenance request, it waits for approval. Nothing is changed on the machines.
A delivery fleet, from GPS ping to a customer update
Example scenario
- 1
The data already exists.
Vehicles report positions to a telematics platform, and delivery events are recorded in your dispatch or ERP system.
- 2
We connect it in the pilot.
Our engineers pull positions and delivery events through the platforms' APIs or exports and join them into one operational data set.
- 3
One live view for dispatch.
Dispatchers see vehicles, open deliveries and the ones running late on one dashboard that refreshes on its own.
- 4
An alert on what matters.
A vehicle stands idle longer than your rule allows, or a route falls behind its planned window. The dispatcher is notified.
- 5
Ask why.
The operations manager asks the AI analyst "Which routes ran late most often this week, and at which stops?" and gets an answer from your own records.
- 6
A person decides.
The AI analyst can propose a follow-up, such as notifying affected customers through a webhook into your system. It is sent only after a person approves it.

4 to 8 weeks, one source, one question that matters to operations
What you get at the end of the pilot
- One connected source, such as a production line's sensor data, a fleet's GPS feed or delivery events, ingested on your infrastructure.
- One live operational dashboard, built with the people who will use it every shift.
- The first alert rules on thresholds and drifts, agreed with your team and tuned on your real data.
- The AI analyst on a read-only copy of that data, ready for plain-language questions.
- A results review with your team and a written summary of what worked, what did not, and what it takes to go to production.
Success criteria, defined with you before we start (types, not promised numbers)
- Freshness
- how soon after an event it must appear on the dashboard for your use case.
- Alert usefulness
- the share of alerts your team judges worth acting on, and the misses they report.
- Coverage
- which machines, vehicles, sites or event types are connected.
- Adoption
- whether shift leads, dispatchers or maintenance actually open the dashboard and use the alerts.
- Answer quality
- whether the AI analyst's answers hold up when your team checks them against the source data.
- Manual effort
- how the time spent on exports and ad hoc reports compares with the way it is done today.
Your operational data stays where you decide
On-prem, on site or hosted.
We install on your servers, set up ingest on a server at the plant or depot when data must stay there, or host it for you.
Read-only, never writing to equipment.
We read from your platforms, brokers and databases. Nothing in the pilot sends commands to machines or vehicles.
You approve every action.
Anything the AI analyst proposes waits for a person to say yes before it is sent to another system.
Controlled AI processing, local team.
Enterprise AI APIs that do not train on your data, or a local model option, with engineers in Serbia who build and support it.
Common questions
Is this a ready IoT product?
No. Tridan AI does not sell an off-the-shelf IoT module. Our engineers build the ingest, the operational dashboard and the alerts for your data in a 4 to 8 week pilot, and reuse parts that exist today: the AI analyst, webhooks, the dashboard layer and on-prem deployment.
Which devices and protocols do you support?
We do not keep a list of certified devices. We connect what already exposes data: an API, an export, an MQTT broker or a database. If your equipment only talks to a vendor platform or an industrial gateway, we check in the scoping call whether that layer can hand the data over. What we connect is agreed in the pilot scope.
How "real-time" is it?
As fast as your use case needs and your sources allow. The dashboard refreshes on its own during the shift. How soon an event shows up depends on how often your devices and platforms send data, and we agree that target with you as a success criterion.
Do we have to replace our telematics, SCADA or production systems?
No. We read from the systems you already have and add one live view, alerts and the AI analyst on top. Your existing platforms keep running as they are.
Who maintains it after the pilot?
The team that built it. If you continue to production, we add sources and teams and provide monitoring and support, on-prem or hosted. You do not need your own data engineers.
One line, one fleet or one site. 4 to 8 weeks.
No slides. We show it on your data.
Tell us which machine, vehicle or site you wish you could see live. We will check whether your data can show it, before any commitment.
