User Onboarding

From signup to a working assistant on your website in six steps.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up and pick a plan — the free plan is enough to explore the platform. See the plans overview to compare limits.

  2. 2

    Set up your organization

Every account belongs to an organization with its own isolated data. Invite teammates and assign roles so your team can share assistants and knowledge files.

  3. 3

    Create your first assistant

Define the assistant's role and write its instructions — what it should do, its tone, and its boundaries. The assistants guide walks through this in detail.

  4. 4

    Upload knowledge

Add PDFs, Word or Office documents, CSVs, or crawl your website so the assistant answers from your content. See how files are organised.

  5. 5

    Test the assistant

Chat with the assistant and check its answers against your content. Refine instructions and files until responses are accurate, and track usage on the plan consumption page.

  6. 6

    Deploy the chat widget

Embed the assistant on your website with the chat widget — a small snippet added to your site, customizable to match your brand.

Best practices

Start with clean files

Well-structured, current documents produce better answers than large dumps of mixed content. One topic per file works best.

Write specific instructions

Tell the assistant exactly what its job is and what it should not do. See instructions examples for ready-made starting points.

Monitor your usage

Keep an eye on token and message consumption so you can right-size your plan before hitting limits.
